I grew up in a very visually creative family, my mother was a graphic designer and my brother followed in her footsteps from a very young age. I, on the other hand, did not manifest immediate visual creativity; it was only when I got my hands on a camera that I realized where my visual creative talents had been hiding. This desire to make images led me to get my bachelors degree in Visual Journalism at Brooks Institute of Photography where I was trained to be a multi-facetted image maker with photography, graphic design, videography, and video editing.
